Whether you're dreaming of a private beach box in Mt Eliza, a garden picnic at sunset, or a candlelit set up at home, we design, deliver and style everything for your moment. All packages include delivery, set up, pack down and cleaning, so you can focus on the question. We travel across the Mornington Peninsula and greater Melbourne. Not sure where to propose? How it works
Choose your package. Choose a package that suits you best.
Pick your date and place. Send us your enquiry and we'll confirm availability and all the details with you. A 50% deposit secures your date.
We set everything up. We set up style the space for the agreed start time and leave it ready for you.
You ask the question. Enjoy your 1.5 hours together. We'll pack down and clean up afterwards.

We also travel across greater Melbourne: bayside beaches, parks, gardens, private homes and accommodation. For example Brighton beach, Royal Botanic Gardens or St Kilda foreshore. Some Melbourne parks need a permit. Tell us your spot and we'll help arrange it, or suggest somewhere that doesn't need one.

Proposal FAQs

As early as possible, especially for weekends and Valentine's Day. We also take short-notice bookings when we have availability.

We watch the weather closely. The Private Beach Box is weatherproof. For outdoor set ups we can move to a gazebo or an indoor spot, or reschedule if there's availability. Deposits aren't refundable for weather changes.

We'll arrange set up times around your plans, and set everything up before you arrive. Tell us your plan and we'll help with the logistics.

Yes! Add proposal photography when you enquire and we'll arrange it.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due 48 hours before your proposal.

Yes, we travel across greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. A travel fee may apply beyond 15 km of Mornington.
