Simply fill out the enquiry form — your message will be sent directly to our team at mp-popups@outlook.com. We’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and walk you through the next steps.
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

We keep a close eye on the forecast in the lead-up to your proposal to help ensure everything goes smoothly. While we always aim for sunshine and sea breezes, we do recommend having a backup location in mind, just in case the weather has other ideas.
If needed, we’re happy to reschedule your proposal date subject to availability. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of weather-related changes.
For proposals booked at our Beach Box location, you’re covered, the setup can be styled indoors if it rains, so no backup location is required.

In the week leading up to your proposal, we’ll be in touch to confirm all the finer details and make any last-minute adjustments you might need. We’ll also provide the exact time your setup will be ready, so you can arrive with confidence.
There’s no need to meet anyone at the time of the proposal, everything will be beautifully styled and waiting for you.

Our signature Beach Box setup is located in Mt Eliza - a charming and private spot perfect for unforgettable moments. Full location details are provided upon booking.
We also recommend McCrae Beach for its stunning white sand, coastal tussocks, and sweeping bay views, a truly romantic backdrop for your proposal.

Absolutely - proposals are a beautiful moment to share and celebrate. Our packages are designed for two guests, particularly in terms of dining items and the grazing box. However, we’re happy to accommodate extra guests with additional champagne glasses or styling elements upon request.
